My Review-

This movie is totally different from what Ryan Kwanten does on True Blood. Here is kind of shy and awkward and it works perfectly. This movie is like an off beat romance movie, but does not quite show that until half way through the film, unlike most movies where we find out right way in the movie. At times the movie can feel kind of weird and strained, however you feel for the character of Griff and what he does on the side. This is unlike any romance movie you have seen lately or probably ever. They are not the big name actress' or actors they are sort of little known actors that made a quirky indie film about two people that were meant for each, because of the way they were. Another thing that was pretty cool about this movie is that I finally got to hear Kwanten's Aussie accent for the first time, after always hearing him with a southern accent. What I also liked about this movie is how the two actors worked so well together on screen with both their characters being so strange and right for each other. Well this movie is not meant for everyone, it will be right for the people that enjoy quirky offbeat love stories such as this one. Kwanten is really good in this movie as the the shy awkward character and not the playboy and a lovers boy. Here he stands for a purpose that at times we feel like doing. This movie is unlike any other love story in a while and it works because of the acting, by all the actors and coming to the conclusion that they are meant for each other because they are different. Even though the movie was slow and not that much fast paced, it would not have worked at any other pace except for this one, if it was any faster it would not have been as enjoyable, so yes I recommend this movie if you like these types of offbeat movies.
