My Review-
Even though this movie was a bit slow, and I will not spoil it about one of the actors, it was good movie. I did not even realize that the movie was 2 hours by the time it was over. The movie was really well acted especially by newcomer James Frechville, who was really good in his first film, however I did not like how when he did his narration in the film it was really soft and quiet, I had to turn up the volume in order to hear him. I have never seen Jacki Weaver act before, but she was really good in this film as the head of the family and I thought that she did deserve her nomination that she had received. It was pretty cool to hear Guy Pearce's accent again, cause we usually see him doing an american accent for his movies, the only problem that I had with the movie is that once again it was a little too slow for me, other than that some scenes in the movie had me left in shock that there was an actual family that was like that. These are some of the movies that catch my when they are either based on a true story or are inspired by actual people such as the ones in this film. Like with the review that I found some parts of the movie were gut-churning and it was really well acted, I just with that some of the actors had more screen time so we were able to see how good of a job they were able to do. If you have yet to see this movie, do so the acting is really good and so is the story. It will be worth the watch and time, even though it does not seem like it is a 2 hour movie.
