My Review-

This one of those movies that came recommended to me by two people in my Lit 15 class this past semester. After watching it, I am glad that they recommended it to me. One of the main reasons why I enjoyed the movie so much was because I loved how Lillard would come in every now and then and narrate what was going one during that particular scene, or how he would introduce new characters every now and then since it was told from his point of view on what it was like being a Punk in Salt Lake City, Utah. One of my favorite characters in the movie was Gorrjian's character "Bob", there was just something about me that stood out from the rest of the cast in the movie, do not get me wrong Lillard's character Stevo was also cool, but Bob was well he was Bob. One person that I was in shock to see in the movie was Jason Segel who was in this even before he did Freaks and Geeks, which was one of my favorite shows, and to see him as some what of a badass was pretty cool. This movie had a lot of funny moments and side characters that made the movie even better, I mean Shooter McGavin was in the movie, which made me actually say Oh My God! I would recommend this movie to people who have not seen it, and I also think it is and was one of Matthew Lillard's best movie roles to date. It does kind of make you think on the times back then and how him and his friends felt about everything around them and it's done well by Lillard's narration thoughout the whole movie and talking about all the important parts, or things that we could understand a little bit more. This one movie I would like to buy on DVD or Blu Ray and watch again, or just to watch some of my favorite parts in the movie.
