My Review-
This possibly my new favorite movie that stars Jason Segel. This one of those indie movies that does not get really noticed, or at least that's how I feel about this movie. This movie all had good actors who were doing a drama/comedy and I believe it would not have worked with any other actors in this film, the Duplass brothers casted this movie just right. This whole movie is really the main character Jeff's mindset that everything is based on fate, destiny, and being at the right place at the right time. This was the right premise for the movie because at times we all feel this way, and in way at times we are kind of like Segel's character Jeff. I have only seen one other movie by the Duplass' and this one so far is my favorite one. I think it was because we can all relate to Segel's character and how he sees the world in a certain way. In my opinion even though there were funny parts, this movie was more of a drama that would make you think a little differently. I found myself really into all these characters and how they were at a point in their lives where everything was not going right, and it seemed like Jeff brought a balanced to everything in their lives. What also made this movie was the acting from both Helms and Segel as the two brothers who seemed like they did not get a long much until that day where both of their lives changed. If you like any of the actors that in this movie then its for you. At times it will make you think about everything that is happening in your life, or maybe just see somethings at times differently. This is by far Jason Segel's best movie to date out of the few drama's that he has done. This movie showed that he has a wider range of acting other then comedy, and I would like to see more of that from him in the near future.
