My Review-
Well this is better than the second movie, actually way better. I'm still trying to figure out why it took a decade to bring them back for another movie, when see this movie it was sort of like they never left and it was cool to see Jones and Smith's character back on screen. What made this movie even better was Brolin doing a spot on impersonation of Jones that was weird at first then really funny. This was one of those rare, threequels that did not suck, yes it was kind of boring in some parts, but this movie had something the other two movies did not, it had heart. It had a some what emotional story line in the film that tied all of them together and explained certain things that were in the other movies. I liked the time travel story line for this film and it worked well and was funny at the same time, I kind of wished I would have seen it in 3D too see how it was, maybe next time. Another thing that worked for me was some of the supporting cast no matter how small their part was, I got a huge smile on my face when I saw Will Arnett having a cameo has a MIB agent and I think he was playing himself, if so then I loved it and seeing Bill Hader in movies more was pretty cool. I had never seen Jermain Clement act before, I only knew he was from the HBO show he was on from previews that I saw on TV, but he did make a pretty cool villain for this movie, I just hope to see him act some more in movies in the near future since he can play a good villain even though it is a comedy he was a little creepy yet funny at the same time. There were a few characters missing from the last films and it did kind of suck but some new ones made up for it a little. This movie was just as good as the first movie, since I did not like the second movie so much, this one made up for it, it just took so damn long for it to come out. If it was up to me Josh Brolin would get something for playing a younger Tommy Lee Jones because it was so good it was kind of scary at times. This is the movie too see this Memorial Day weekend if you like the Men in Black film series then go see this movie over the weekend, its a good watch it, and it makes up for some of the crappy movies that have been released in theaters since The Avengers a few weeks ago.
