My Review-
This possibly one of the funniest British movies I have seen in a long time, I can rank this with Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz. One thing I really liked about this movie is that the cast played multiple characters throughout the whole movie, and were each uniquely different from each other. One of my favorite characters was Pilate and his friend even though he had a small part Biggus Dickus, it was the name along that made him one of my favorite characters, I loved the fact that I was able to see John Cleese in his prime with this kind of comedy, now a days he really does not do much comedy which kind of sucks. Even though I have yet to see all the Monty Python movies I really liked this one along with The Holy Grail. the delayed jokes also made the movie as funny as it was, or repeating jokes later on that did not make sense before. Its these kind of comedies that make me laugh has hard as I did. And too see Eric Idle, whom I had only known from the Casper movie and The Holy Grail, it was really good to see him back in his element of dry delayed humor that really works for this group. It is this type of humor that will make me want to watch all of their other movies, not so over the top comedy, but dark comedy, satire movies that come from people like this that I will keep on watching. I really enjoyed this movie and if you have not seen it I suggest that you do.
